Ingredients of Instant Air Fryer Fajitas

  1. You need 1-2 lbs of flank steak, sliced fajita style (unmarinated or premarinated).
  2. Prepare 1-2 lbs of chicken thigh boneless, sliced fajita style (marinated or unmarinated).
  3. Prepare of Sliced onions.
  4. Prepare of Sliced green bell peppers.
  5. Prepare of Sliced red bell peppers.
  6. Prepare of Sliced yellow bell peppers.
  7. Prepare of Adams RED Fajita Seasoning (optional but recommended).

We've made shrimp and beef with a dry rub, onions and bell peppers. They were great in our Ninja Foodi and Cosori machines. Line the basket of the air fryer with foil and coat with spray. Mix the steak with the peppers and onions.

  1. Place sliced chicken on one air fryer tray - spread evenly - sprinkle with sliced veggies.
  2. Place steak on the second air fryer tray - spaced evenly - sprinkle with remaining sliced veggies.
  3. If using unmarinated meat, douse in Adams Red Fajita Seasoning.
  4. If using marinated meat, I still like to sprinkle Adams seasoning on top especially for the veggies.
  5. Set air fryer to “air fry” at 400F for 12-14 min.
  6. Place chicken on top rack and steak on bottom.
  7. Switch rack positions for the last 5 minutes.
  8. Voila!.
