Recipe: Appetizing Steak ciabatta
Steak ciabatta. Cut the warm ciabatta in half and rub the inside of each piece in the steak resting juices. Spread on some mustard, if you like, then layer over the caramelised onions, the steak and pinches of watercress. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.

- After 15 mins get steak ready and fry on griddle pan until cooked to your preference.
- When fries have been in add ciabatta on lower oven level and warm through (about 5 minutes).
- When all cooked take out ciabatta and cut in half.
- Slice two sections open and spread on mustard.
- Slice steak and add to bread.
- Add gherkin and peppers and rocket and top with extra virgin olive oil.
- Close sandwich.
- Put curly fries in a bowl and serve.
